FAQs

What is the convenience of the dedicated kickstands for Gravel and Mountain Bikes?

700C models can be equipped with an optional dedicated kickstand and rolling lock mechanism. By simply latching the pushing hook on the front fork onto the kickstand, the bike is securely locked in its folded state. This allows you to easily push, wheel, or stand the bike upright when folded, making public transit transfers and elevator rides extremely convenient.

Mountain folding bikes feature a specifically designed side kickstand mounted on the frame's rear dropout, which operates without interference during folding and unfolding. Once folded, using the included CHANGE strap to secure the down tube and chainstay keeps the bike compactly locked, preventing it from unfolding and allowing you to lift the folded bike with one hand.

Both kickstands boast an option adoption rate of over 90%.

Will installing a rear rack interfere with folding the bike?

The rear rack provided by Change features a detachable, modular design that allows long-distance travelers to stow it easily and reduce bulk. It comes with dedicated mounting screws for both Gravel and Mountain bikes, ensuring zero interference when folding the bike with the rack installed.

Can I use aftermarket rear racks from the market?

Yes. By purchasing the dedicated "Rear Rack Adapter," you can freely select and install your preferred aftermarket rear rack available on the market.

How is the front fender installed?

Change provides a simplified front fender that mounts directly onto the down tube. Since the front wheel needs to be removed during folding, traditional front-wheel-mounted fenders are not suitable.
